To maintain their brand position and grow in memberships, Indian Motorcycle wanted to build a new and progressive affinity platform providing an exclusive club member experience to rival their competitors. The platform serves a dual purpose as a forum for members to connect and utilize their member benefits, which helps provide incentives for memberships renewals.
I Led the user experience and visual design for the responsive affinity platform as well as email design while overseeing the concepting, creative direction and design of digital and printed badges for members of the Indian Motorcycle Riders Group platform. Indian Motorcycle was able to gain a 79% monthly growth, 105% user participation rate, and a 84% yearly renewal.
